Refund policy
At SoccerKidJersey, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 90-day return window from the date of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met.
Return Conditions:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

Customized jerseys (with printed names, numbers, or patches) are final sale unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

If return conditions are not fully met, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.
How to Return:

Contact our customer service at footballjerseyhub@hotmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) Number.

Securely pack the item with all original materials and include a note with your order number and preference (refund/exchange).

Ship the package to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs for exchanges unless the exchange is due to our error.
